Car-free zones have been established in all regions of Uzbekistan

In particular, such zones have been created in the historical center of the city of Bukhara on the section from the cultural heritage site "Toqi Telpakfro‘shon" to the parking lot of the Ark fortress, in the city of Khanabad in the Andijan region, as well as in the Fergana region near the Palace of Arts named after I. Karimov in the city of Fergana, in the culture and recreation park "Eco Shahar", recreation park Akhmad al-Fergani, recreation park named after E. Vakhidov in the city of Margilan, on Urda Square in the city of Kokand and on the tourist street "Istiqlol".
Also, a 2.5 km long road on the recently created tourist site in the tourist village "Konigil" in Samarkand functions as a car-free zone. At the entrance to the road there are road signs prohibiting the movement of cars. The 1.5 km long I. Karimov Street, connecting Registan Square and the Shahi Zinda complex, is a car-free zone.

Republic of Karakalpakstan – Dustlik Canal Street on the territory of the Dustlik recreation center in the city of Nukus;
Andijan Region – the city of Andijan: Istiklol Street, Urikzor Street, Sarikuy Street;
Jizzakh Region – Zargarlik mahalla, Sindor Khamrokulov Street, the Hamid Alimjan and Zulfiya Museum, the “Urda” Ecological Park;
Namangan Region – U. Nasyr Street and Lutfi Street located within the Obi Hayot mahalla;
Kashkadarya Region – the city of Shahrisabz, the historical square of Shahrisabz, the Miraki tourist center of the Shahrisabz district, Mustaqillik Street in the city of Karshi within the Mustaqillik Square area;
Syrdarya Region – a 0.72 km section of Alisher Navoi Street in the city of Gulistan;
City of Tashkent – Mirabad district, Taras Shevchenko Street;
Tashkent Region – Tashkent Yuli Street (Karasu mahalla), a 1 km section in the Oybek mahalla, the city of Angren – Bunyodkor Street; Dustlik mahalla – a 0.9 km section along S. Rakhmatov Street;
Navoi Region – the “New Uzbekistan” Park, the Park of Spirituality and Enlightenment, the Sarmishsay Museum-Reserve, Lake Yoshlik;
Surkhandarya Region – the city of Termez, Alisher Navoi Street (inner road) in the Alpomysh mahalla;
Khorezm Region – the “Arda Khiva” tourist complex covering 24.5 hectares, located in the city of Khiva.
