Turkish Business Representatives Implement Major Projects in Fergana Region

Governor of Fergana Region Khayrullo Bozorov met with Vahdettin Heyal, founder of the Turkish company “Heyal Holding.” The meeting was also attended by Bilal Shirin, an entrepreneur actively contributing to strengthening cooperation between Turkish and Fergana business communities.
“Heyal Holding” is an industrial and investment group operating in Turkey across several sectors, including construction, logistics, finance, real estate, and foreign trade.
During the meeting, the parties discussed plans to establish an industrial zone in the region based on advanced international experience and to host promising investment projects within it.
It is planned to implement 25 large-scale projects in the zone, with concrete proposals already developed for six of them.
The discussions were held in detail, and both sides agreed on a set of joint measures to ensure the effective implementation of these projects.
