About “Hansae Mobility”
Founded in 1982 as a small sewing factory, Hansae Group has grown into a globally leading exporter of fashion and textile products. Although the company’s initial focus was on textiles, it has significantly expanded its operations over time.
Later, Hansae acquired major cultural and educational companies such as Yes24 and Dong-A Publishing, adding content and publishing to its portfolio. Through Hansae MK and Hansae Dream, the group also ventured into developing fashion brands. In 2024, the company took a new step by entering the automotive industry with the establishment of Hansae Mobility.
Group Structure and Activities
Under the leadership of Hansae Yes24 Holdings, the group currently comprises five major branches: Hansae Corporation, Hansae MK, Yes24, Dong-A Publishing, and Hansae Mobility.
Hansae Mobility was established in 2024 as a separate company focused on next-generation automotive industry products. Its operations include the production of brake systems, steering controls, semi-axles, electric and power transmission components, as well as ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) such as autopilot and safety sensors.
Hansae Mobility’s products are currently supplied to major international companies including GM, Stellantis, Volkswagen, Rivian, Vinfast, UzAuto, and others. This confirms Hansae’s strong presence not only in Korea but also in the markets of the United States, Europe, and Central Asia.
The company has manufacturing plants in Korea, China, and the United States, and a new production complex is planned to be launched in Uzbekistan in 2026.
