Holiday Gift for Border Guards: New Administrative Building and Service Apartments Inaugurated

The event was attended by the Governor of the region and head of the military-administrative sector, Khayrullo Bozorov, heads of law enforcement agencies, military personnel, and their families.
Governor Khayrullo Bozorov congratulated the border guards on September 26 — the Day of Employees of the State Security Service of the Republic of Uzbekistan — emphasizing that the new facilities are a worthy gift for the holiday.
The contribution of border guards to ensuring the peace of the country and the inviolability of state borders was particularly noted. It was stated that, on the initiative of the President and Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, favorable conditions have been created for the military in recent years, which serves to boost their morale and strengthen their devotion to the Motherland.
Attention was also drawn to the construction of modern military towns, the development of infrastructure, and the provision of housing for military personnel and their families in the region. It was emphasized that this administrative building and military complex are a practical embodiment of these efforts.
Builders were thanked, and symbolic keys to the buildings were handed over. The servicemen were ceremoniously presented with the keys to their apartments.
Speakers expressed gratitude to the President for the attention shown to the armed forces.
Additionally, the Governor of the region was presented with a commemorative watch by the Commander of the Border Troops of the State Security Service in recognition of his services in effectively organizing the activities of the military-administrative sector.
After the symbolic ribbon-cutting ceremony, the guests familiarized themselves with the conditions created in the new buildings.
The complex includes a two-story administrative building, a four-story residential building with 28 apartments, as well as a children’s playground. A total of 17 billion soums were allocated for construction works.
The administrative building features service offices, dormitories, a gym, a library, and a dining hall, providing all the necessary facilities.
