Anvar Temirov, founder of the company, provided the regional governor with detailed information about the project's scale, architectural solutions, modern infrastructure, and amenities to be created for residents.
The project, with a total investment value of $290 million, envisages the construction of 16-story residential buildings comprising more than 2,700 apartments on a site covering over 7 hectares.
In addition, a modern three-story shopping and entertainment center with a total floor area exceeding 100,000 square meters, as well as two 20-story business centers, will be built within the development.
The complex will also feature a preschool educational institution, green spaces, recreational areas, parking facilities, and essential services designed to meet residents' everyday needs.
One of the project's key features will be the extensive integration of advanced digital technologies, robotics, and artificial intelligence solutions into management and service operations. In particular, identity verification systems will be used to control access to and from the complex, ensuring a high level of security.
By 2030, the project aims to attract 80 internationally renowned brands to the shopping and entertainment center. The modern business centers, in turn, will provide a comfortable working environment for entrepreneurs and business professionals, facilitate greater cooperation, and support the development of new business initiatives.
Notably, the project goes beyond the construction of modern buildings. The company also plans to establish a long-term, high-quality property management and maintenance service system to ensure the effective operation of the residential buildings and the complex's infrastructure.
During the visit, the governor was also presented with Yuksalish Group's promising initiatives under the New Tashkent project.
Khayrullo Bozorov emphasized the importance of implementing this major investment project to a high standard and in accordance with established requirements, strictly adhering to modern urban planning and construction regulations, and creating a safe, comfortable living environment equipped with all necessary infrastructure. He also issued relevant instructions to the responsible officials.
