At the enterprise's Nemanitsa wood-processing complex, the production of pellets, a type of alternative fuel, has been established using modern technologies.
Pellets are primarily produced from sawdust, small wood fragments, and other residues generated during wood processing. This contributes to the efficient utilization of industrial waste, the conservation of natural resources, and environmental sustainability.
The enterprise has a designed annual production capacity of 30,000 tonnes. Its modern equipment enables the production of up to 4 tonnes of fuel pellets per hour.
The finished products are intended for heating industrial facilities, social infrastructure facilities, and residential buildings. The pellets are packaged in 15-kilogram bags as well as special large-capacity bags.
Members of the delegation closely examined the technological processes involved in production, raw material processing, and the conditions for packaging and storing finished products.
During the visit, particular attention was paid to opportunities for introducing advanced practices in this field in Fergana Region, making efficient use of local raw materials and industrial waste, and developing the production of alternative fuels.
It is worth noting that a pellet production project was also launched the previous day in Dangara District of Fergana Region in cooperation with Belarusian partners.
Studying Belarusian experience is of great importance for developing this project through modern technologies, ensuring the rational use of energy resources, and increasing alternative fuel production volumes in the region.
