Cotton harvesting is currently in full swing across the district, with efforts focused on gathering the crop quickly and without losses. Modern cotton harvesters are being used effectively, and particular attention is being paid to completing the harvest on time.
The governor visited the “Elyor – N” and “Hamzabek Qosimov” farms, observed cotton harvesters in operation and spoke with the farm managers.
According to the managers, cotton yields this season are reaching 6–6.5 tonnes per hectare. These results are being achieved through efficient land use, timely and properly implemented agricultural practices, and modern approaches to cotton cultivation.
The governor stressed the importance of completing the harvest within the scheduled timeframe and gathering the entire crop carefully and without losses, leaving no cotton in the fields.
