Fergana regional administration

As part of his working visit to Saudi Arabia, Khayrullo Bozorov, Governor of the Fergana Region, met in Riyadh with Yahya Balharis, Chief Commercial Officer of Tamimi Energy Group.

Tamimi Energy Group, part of Tamimi Holding, is a group of companies with extensive experience in the energy, oil and gas, petrochemical, electric power, water supply, and industrial infrastructure sectors. For more than 50 years, the group has been providing modern engineering solutions for energy and industrial facilities in Saudi Arabia and other countries.

During the meeting, held in a warm and friendly atmosphere, particular attention was paid to expanding cooperation beyond the energy sector to include agriculture and the food industry.

In particular, the parties discussed opportunities for the advanced processing of fruits and vegetables grown in the Fergana Region, the establishment of modern storage and packaging facilities, the implementation of new livestock farming projects, and the development of energy infrastructure.

The Governor provided information on Fergana's rich agricultural potential, industrial infrastructure, favorable investment climate, and available opportunities for implementing joint projects with international partners.

During the discussions, the parties exchanged views on combining the Saudi company's international experience and technological capabilities with the economic potential of the Fergana Region, as well as developing mutually beneficial investment initiatives.

It was emphasized that the areas discussed during the meeting would serve as a foundation for further strengthening bilateral cooperation through the implementation of concrete projects.
