Fergana regional administration

During the meeting, particular attention was paid to the significant potential for strengthening mutually beneficial ties.

The talks, held in an atmosphere of mutual trust and friendship, focused on expanding trade, economic and investment cooperation between the two regions, as well as implementing new joint projects.

In particular, proposals were put forward to promote products from the Fergana Region on the Russian market and to establish a trading house and a trade and distribution center for Fergana products in Primorsky Krai.

It was noted that the center would provide opportunities to supply agricultural products, dried fruits and fresh fruits from Fergana not only to regions of the Russian Federation, but also to the markets of Vietnam and China.

The parties also discussed the possibility of establishing direct air service between Fergana and Primorsky Krai. They exchanged views on developing cooperation in logistics, tourism and humanitarian affairs.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the parties agreed on measures to enrich interregional cooperation with concrete projects and advance mutually beneficial initiatives to the implementation stage.
