The area is being transformed into a major ecotourism destination that harmoniously combines modern infrastructure with the natural landscape.
Covering an area of 508 hectares, the complex brings together opportunities for agritourism, ecotourism, and adventure tourism. It features 45 chalets, 57 modern guest houses, an agritourism complex, a flower garden, lavender fields, an eco-market, quiet recreation areas, and restaurants. Work on the subsequent stages of the project is continuing.
As part of the project, more than 100 business entities will be established, creating around 2,000 new jobs. The complex is expected to welcome up to 750,000 tourists annually.
Alongside ecotourism, the complex is developing active and adventure tourism facilities, including motocross tracks, karting facilities, a cableway, and a golf course.
During the visit, the Russian delegations were briefed on the ongoing efforts to combine Karkidon’s natural potential with modern tourism infrastructure.
