Delegations from Russian regions visiting Fergana Region as part of the Third Meeting of the Council of Regions of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Russian Federation familiarized themselves with the operations of the agricultural complex.
Covering a total area of 3.5 hectares, the complex has the capacity to grow and prepare up to 5,000 tonnes of 12 types of agricultural products annually.
The complex operates an in vitro laboratory and a nursery with the capacity to produce more than 1 million seedlings per year, drawing on international expertise. An Agro-Industrial School has also been established to train farmers and local residents in modern horticultural technologies.
The complex includes cold-storage facilities with a capacity of 3,500 tonnes, as well as modern sorting and packaging facilities and IQF (Individual Quick Freezing) lines. Production facilities equipped with Italian and Spanish technologies enable fruit and vegetable products to be prepared in accordance with export market requirements.
Quva Agro Star products are supplied to the markets of Japan and the United Kingdom. In 2025, the company also exported its products to Japan and the Republic of Korea by charter flights for the first time. The company employs more than 80 people.
The Russian delegations showed particular interest in the complex’s integrated system, which covers the entire process from cultivation to preparing products for international markets.
