Fergana regional administration

The reception, organized in cooperation with the President’s People’s Reception Office in Fergana Region, was attended by Regional Prosecutor Bakhtiyor Ismoilov, heads of city and district administrations, enterprises and organizations, as well as representatives of relevant government agencies and sectoral bodies.
Citizens from various cities and districts of the region raised issues related to housing, land and cadastral matters, employment and wages, medical treatment, financial assistance, access to loans, court proceedings, and the activities of the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement.
During the face-to-face dialogue, the Governor listened to each appeal and focused on finding lawful solutions to the issues raised.
A total of 154 citizens had their appeals heard during the mobile reception. For 74 issues that could be addressed promptly, specific tasks were assigned to responsible officials on the spot.
Appeals requiring additional review or legal and organizational solutions were referred to the relevant authorities. They were instructed to consider each case within the established timeframes and provide citizens with well-grounded responses based on the results. The implementation of these instructions was placed under supervision.
