Khayrullo Bozorov, Governor of the Fergana Region, attended the ceremony and sincerely congratulated those present on the 35th anniversary of the state independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan — the nation’s greatest and most cherished holiday.
It was noted that independence is a great blessing that our people dreamed of for centuries and that generations of our ancestors longed to achieve. Over the years of independence, Uzbekistan has made remarkable progress. Particular emphasis was placed on the fact that the large-scale reforms being implemented in recent years under the leadership of the President of Uzbekistan are aimed at upholding human dignity, improving the well-being of the population, and ensuring the comprehensive development and prosperity of the regions.
It was also noted that this high recognition reflects the dedication of our compatriots to their professions and the Motherland, their many years of selfless service, and their worthy contribution to the development of the country and society.
During the ceremony, the “35th Anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan” commemorative badges were solemnly presented to a group of labor veterans, community activists, deputy governors of the region, heads of organizations and departments, and representatives of various sectors.
Speaking on behalf of the award recipients, several participants expressed their gratitude to the President of Uzbekistan for such attention and recognition and emphasized their determination to continue devoting all their efforts, knowledge, and potential to the development of the country and the well-being of its people.
