The meeting was attended by regional Governor Khayrullo Bozorov, mayors and district heads, and heads of relevant organizations and departments.
The meeting discussed the work carried out based on the “Yangiyul experience” to ensure a stable supply of fuel and energy resources to consumers in the region, increase energy efficiency, sharply reduce network losses and accounts receivable, and thoroughly prepare for the autumn-winter season.
Based on this experience, Fergana District was selected in the region to establish a model system. To this end, work is being organized on a “mahalla-by-mahalla” basis, with energy-related problems studied directly on site and targeted measures taken to address them.
Azizbek Saydaliev, head of “Fergana Territorial Electric Networks” JSC, provided information on the work being carried out in this direction.
Energy passports and energy resource demand balances have been developed for all 71 mahallas in the district. The meeting analyzed measures being taken to ensure stable electricity supply in the mahallas, prevent network losses, identify existing problem areas and eliminate them, using the work carried out at the transformer supplied by the “Yambarok” feeder in the Dilkusho Mahalla Citizens’ Assembly as an example.
To ensure an uninterrupted autumn-winter season, the meeting emphasized the need to conduct on-site inspections of existing transformer substations (TPs) and gas distribution points (GRPs), and to carry out repair work in a timely manner to eliminate identified deficiencies.
The regional Governor particularly emphasized the need to ensure the implementation of the tasks set in the energy sector, extend the work launched in Fergana District on a “mahalla-by-mahalla” basis to other cities and districts, develop energy passports and energy consumption balances, conduct targeted assessments of the condition of networks, and gradually resolve the identified problems.
Tasks were set for the high-quality organization of preparations for the autumn-winter season.
