During his visit to Fergana district, Regional Governor Khayrullo Bozorov reviewed the work being carried out as part of the project. The project initiator, entrepreneur Jurabek Olimov, briefed the regional governor on the project’s capabilities.
The project has established the storage, processing, and shock freezing of raspberries and cherries. As a result of the $5 billion soum project, 30 new jobs have been created.
The modern refrigerated warehouse has a storage capacity of 600 tons. This makes it possible to preserve fruit and vegetable products grown during the season for extended periods and supply them to domestic and foreign markets without compromising their quality.
The regional governor provided recommendations and instructions on further improving and expanding the project.
