The Second Phase of Construction of the “New Uzbekistan” Residential Complex Has Begun in Fergana District

A major construction project is being implemented here to build modern and comfortable multi-storey residential buildings and create decent living conditions for residents.
As part of the first phase of construction, 33 multi-storey residential buildings comprising 1,590 apartments were completed. Under the second phase, 15 multi-storey buildings are planned to be constructed, providing a total of 940 apartments. The new buildings are planned to have 7, 9 and 12 floors.
Once the project is fully completed, a total of 60 multi-storey residential buildings with 4,404 apartments will have been constructed within the residential complex.
Green spaces, landscaped areas and the necessary social infrastructure facilities will also be created in the area. In particular, the construction of a school, a preschool educational institution and a polyclinic is planned.
Prayers were offered with the participation of representatives of the older generation, marking the launch of construction of the new residential buildings.
The regional governor emphasized the importance of ensuring high-quality construction, comprehensively improving the surrounding area and creating all necessary conditions for residents to live comfortably.
