The Center operates on the basis of the “Digital Government” software complex and enables real-time monitoring of important socio-economic processes in the area, as well as analysis of the situation and key indicators across various sectors through a unified system.
Currently, nearly 90 information systems of 50 organizations have been integrated into the system. Data is received directly from the information systems of the relevant organizations in real time and is generated based on relevant indicators.
The Center enables online monitoring and analysis of the current situation in such areas as the economy, investment, utilities, environmental protection, construction, social services, public safety, and handling citizens’ appeals.
This significantly accelerates processes that previously required official requests to be sent to various organizations and several days to be spent waiting for the necessary information. As a result, management decisions can be made more quickly and based on accurate, up-to-date data.
Representatives of relevant organizations also monitor processes related to their respective areas at the Center. Mechanisms have been established to enable prompt action in response to identified problems or emergency situations.
The regional governor was briefed on the Center’s activities. Khayrullo Bozorov put forward proposals and issued instructions aimed at further improving its operations.
