To support her employment and increase her family's income, the regional branch of the Business Development Bank of Fergana Region allocated a preferential loan of UZS 50 million.
Using these funds, she purchased specialized equipment for sewing protective gloves and established a small-scale production facility at her home. The products are currently being manufactured based on customer orders.
Governor of Fergana Region Khayrullo Bozorov visited the household and reviewed the newly established production process. During the visit, Umidakhon Ekhsonova noted that she had succeeded in creating a sustainable source of income within a short period and is now earning an average monthly income of UZS 4–5 million.
Such initiatives play an important role in promoting employment, particularly among women, improving household incomes, and reducing poverty in local communities.
