The Afghan Market Opens Broad Opportunities for Entrepreneurs of Fergana Region

During the two-day visit, significant agreements were reached to enhance trade and economic cooperation and expand the export of products manufactured in the Fergana Region to the Afghan market.
As part of the visit, the Governor held meetings with representatives of Afghanistan’s government institutions, the Governor of Balkh Province, as well as business leaders and executives of major companies. The parties discussed ways to further strengthen mutually beneficial cooperation.
During the visit, Fergana Trade Houses were established in Kabul in partnership with Kashif Ferghani Ltd and in Mazar-i-Sharif in cooperation with Kamal Nabizada Ltd. These venues hosted exhibitions showcasing export-oriented products manufactured by nearly 300 major enterprises of the Fergana Region, alongside the Fergana–Afghanistan Business Forums.
As a result of the bilateral events, 106 trade contracts and cooperation agreements with a total value of US$875.9 million were signed.
