The project is being implemented on a 3-hectare site. It предусматривает the construction of 17 multi-storey residential buildings comprising a total of 800 apartments. The project was initiated by entrepreneur Jobir Kamoliddinov.
Notably, the project focuses not only on providing comfortable living conditions for residents but also on developing social infrastructure. As part of the project, a 500-seat general education school and a 260-seat preschool education institution have already been built and put into operation.
The educational institutions are equipped with modern teaching facilities, while the educational process is organized in accordance with advanced pedagogical approaches.
The total value of the project amounts to UZS 300 billion.
To date, 283 apartments in the complex have been commissioned. By the end of the year, an additional 108 apartments in two multi-storey residential buildings are scheduled to be completed and handed over to residents.
During the visit, the Governor also toured the newly established preschool and school and highly commended the quality of the work carried out.
