Khayrullo Bozorov, Governor of the Fergana Region, met with a delegation led by Sergey Matyulin, Deputy Head of the "BELLESEXPORT" enterprise, within the framework of the III Forum of Regions of Uzbekistan and Belarus held in Minsk.
During the dialogue, the sides discussed promising projects planned for joint implementation.
In particular, proposals were made for processing cotton stalks (guza-paya) and producing biochar (biocoal), as well as generating thermal energy, electricity, and other products from it.
The regional governor noted the extensive opportunities available in Fergana in this area and emphasized that all necessary conditions would be created for the implementation of the investment project. Specific tasks for the future were identified.
UE "BELLESEXPORT" is an export and production enterprise within the system of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Belarus, specializing in promoting the country's timber products to international markets and organizing foreign economic activities.
