Fergana regional administration

During the ceremony, Dilafruzkhon Juraboyeva was presented with a certificate of appreciation and a monetary award on behalf of the regional administration by Fergana Regional Governor Khayrullo Bozorov.

In 2024, Dilafruzkhon Juraboyeva became Microsoft’s first ambassador in Uzbekistan. She was also admitted to Rice University — one of the prestigious higher education institutions in the United States — with a full scholarship worth USD 420,000, becoming the first student from Uzbekistan to study at the university.

In 2026, she was awarded the Zulfiya State Award, one of the highest recognitions in the Republic of Uzbekistan.

As an open-source software engineer and founder of the MehrGO project, Dilafruzkhon Juraboyeva has actively participated in international competitions and initiatives, earning numerous prestigious awards and achievements.

Fergana Regional Governor Khayrullo Bozorov particularly emphasized that Dilafruzkhon Juraboyeva’s outstanding accomplishments, success in international education, and leadership qualities serve as an inspiring example for thousands of young people, especially girls.

Special appreciation was also expressed to her parents and teachers for their significant contribution to her development and achievements.
