The Governor of Fergana Region, Khayrullo Bozorov, was presented with projects planned for implementation in this area within the territory of the Suvboshi Mahalla Citizens’ Assembly. In particular, the construction of 24 modern multi-storey residential buildings is envisaged on the site of 50 outdated individual houses. In addition, 13 seven-storey residential buildings will be constructed in the Toshloq Mahalla area.
According to the projects, service and retail facilities will be located on the ground floors of the residential buildings. The plans also include the establishment of a preschool education institution, a school, a sewing workshop, children’s playgrounds, as well as the necessary engineering and utility infrastructure.
The regional governor provided relevant recommendations and instructions to the responsible officials regarding further improvement of the projects, enhancement of the architectural appearance of the area, and ensuring high-quality construction works.
