Results in Every Sector Must Contribute to Improving People’s Well-Being

During the meeting, Regional Governor Khayrullo Bozorov emphasized that the reforms being implemented in our country are primarily aimed at serving people’s interests and improving the standard and quality of life of the population. At the same time, it was noted that the existing economic potential and opportunities of Tashlak District are not being fully utilized, and that efforts to reduce unemployment and poverty and ensure employment for the population need to be further strengthened.
Regional working groups conducted a critical and analytical review of the implementation of assigned tasks across all sectors in the district. During the meeting, reports were presented by deputy regional governors, heads of relevant departments and agencies, and concrete measures were identified to address existing issues.
It was noted that the district’s 51 mahallas are mainly specialized in agriculture, livestock farming, handicrafts, trade, and service industries. At the same time, instructions were given to develop new areas such as rose cultivation, nursery farming, small-scale manufacturing, and greenhouse operations.
To transform the district into an area free from unemployment, it is planned to provide employment for 34,334 residents during the current year. To date, nearly 20,000 citizens have already been provided with permanent and income-generating jobs.
The meeting also outlined priority tasks aimed at increasing employment, expanding sources of income, accelerating the implementation of investment projects, improving efficiency in construction and public utility sectors, achieving higher productivity in agriculture, and transforming the district into a territory free from poverty and unemployment.
In addition, issues related to preventing crime and legal violations, reducing family divorce rates, and ensuring social stability in local communities were analyzed.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the regional leader issued specific instructions to responsible officials to establish specialized centers in every mahalla to support employment and entrepreneurship and to increase the production volume of high value-added products.
It was emphasized that implementation of the assigned tasks across all sectors will remain under strict supervision.
