Advanced Practices Should Be Introduced into the Livestock Sector

Regional Governor Khayrullo Bozorov visited the farm to review its operations, assess the work being carried out, examine the conditions created, and discuss plans for further development of the sector.
Farmer Safarali Ganiyev provided information about the farm’s activities and noted that the enterprise had become a recipient of a World Bank grant worth USD 3 million. Through this support, plans are underway to establish a milk processing cooperative.
This project is expected to create additional added value, expand the range of products, and generate new jobs.
The Regional Governor emphasized that livestock farming plays an important role in ensuring food security, increasing employment, and strengthening export potential. He also gave relevant instructions on the wider introduction of modern technologies and advanced practices in the sector.
Information was also presented on new investment projects planned for implementation in the district in livestock farming, poultry farming, and other sectors.
