In order to ensure the implementation of these instructions, Khayrullo Bozorov, Governor of Fergana Region, together with responsible officials, visited the Chirchiq Chemical-Industrial Technopark and familiarized himself with the activities of the operating enterprises.
Today, the Chirchiq Chemical-Industrial Technopark has established itself as one of the new-generation industrial platforms in Uzbekistan’s chemical sector. Established under a Presidential Resolution dated February 3, 2022, the technopark promotes the deep processing of chemical products, the production of high value-added goods, the introduction of advanced technologies, and the creation of a favorable business environment for both domestic and foreign investors.
A total of USD 25 million has been invested in the development of engineering, communication, and modern infrastructure facilities within the technopark, which covers an area of 26.4 hectares.
The technopark is also demonstrating strong economic performance. In 2025, investments worth USD 56 million were invested, creating 758 new jobs. More than 150 types of products are produced by enterprises operating in the technopark, with total output exceeding USD 60 million.
Further expansion of the technopark is planned, with the goal of transforming it into one of the key drivers of Uzbekistan’s chemical industry. By 2030, it is planned to increase investment to USD 207 million, production output to USD 294 million, exports to USD 48 million, and the number of jobs to 2,300.
Based on the experience of the technopark, measures have been identified to implement new promising projects in the chemical industry of Fergana Region and to expand the production of high value-added products.
