Another public reception of citizens was held by the Governor of Fergana region, Khayrullo Bozorov, at the People’s Reception Office of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Fergana region.

During the reception, citizens submitted appeals on issues such as obtaining financial assistance, medical treatment and rehabilitation, improving electricity and drinking water supply, neighborhood improvement projects, and practical support for their children’s education abroad.
In addition, matters related to employment, entrepreneurship, and housing issues were thoroughly reviewed.
Most of the appeals were positively resolved during the reception itself. For issues requiring additional review, specific instructions were given to the heads of relevant organizations and agencies. They were tasked with conducting on-site assessments and developing lawful and fair solutions. The implementation of each appeal was placed under strict supervision.
During the reception, citizens whose issues had been resolved expressed sincere gratitude to the country’s leadership for the attention being given to protecting human dignity and interests, as well as for the opportunities being created for the population.
