Fergana regional administration

The meeting was attended by the Governor of Fergana region Khayrullo Bozorov, deputy governors of the region, heads of secretariats, and heads of departments and organizations. Mayors of cities and districts, along with relevant officials, participated via videoconference.
The event focused on the instructions given at the video-selector meeting chaired by President Shavkat Mirziyoyev on March 13. These instructions addressed improving the system of working with applications, raising the activities of the People's Receptions to a new level, and deeply analyzing public opinion.

During the meeting, practical explanations on handling applications were provided based on the experience of the city of Karshi. Special attention was paid to classifying applications by type, establishing headquarters in each region, conducting daily monitoring, and strengthening control.

Officials were assigned strict tasks to deeply study each application, identify its root causes, and remain actively engaged in finding solutions to the public's problems. The necessity of establishing a systematic approach to handling applications and complaints, as well as increasing positive resolution rates, was also emphasized.

The meeting noted that instances of officials ignoring applications are being discussed by the public on social networks. This negatively impacts trust in government organizations.
Furthermore, the tasks ahead for the "mahalla seven" regarding public applications were clearly defined. An analysis of applications was conducted using the Quva district as an example, reviewing existing shortcomings and measures to eliminate them.

At the conclusion of the meeting, specific tasks were outlined to increase the efficiency of handling applications, ensure a positive resolution for every issue, and strengthen the personal responsibility of officials.
