Usmonjon ota spent his youth on the battlefields of the most horrific war in human history. At the age of 18, he was mobilized to the front, participated in the battles of Kharkov and Kursk, and endured a long and difficult journey all the way to Germany. After the war, he also served on the Soviet–Japanese front, demonstrating courage and resilience.
In 1948, he returned to his homeland and worked honestly for many years in the railway sector. Together with his wife, he raised six children. Today, he lives surrounded by the care of his children, as well as more than 100 grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
During the conversation with the regional governor, the veteran’s life path and the hardships he endured were recalled with deep respect and high honor.
The governor presented the 106-year-old Usmonjon ota with a congratulatory message from the President, a cash reward, and commemorative gifts.
The respected elder prayed for peace and stability in the country, prosperity for the people, and the continued progress of ongoing reforms, and offered blessings for the happiness of the younger generation.
