Chinese Company Shows Interest in Investing in a Promising Project in Fergana

The Governor of Fergana region, Khayrullo Bozorov, received a delegation led by Zou Qiang, Chairman of the Board of Directors of China’s Guangzhou Huayuan Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd.
During the meeting, the parties exchanged views on a promising project planned for implementation in Fergana district.
It was emphasized that relations between Uzbekistan and China continue to develop steadily, while interregional cooperation is also becoming more active. It was also noted that the number of Chinese companies operating in the region is increasing, along with the expansion of their areas of activity.
Special attention was given to the importance of implementing the proposed investment project based on a clear plan and well-considered measures.
In this regard, the parties agreed to continue negotiations on the initiative and outlined further steps for future cooperation.
