The regional governor noted that relations between Uzbekistan and China are developing rapidly across all sectors, highlighting that effective cooperation is also being carried out with Chinese business representatives in Fergana.
Mao Qi expressed strong interest in investing in Fergana region and presented proposals for establishing a modern technopark based on international standards. Within the framework of this project, it is planned to launch high-tech production in areas such as industry, agriculture, and trade, as well as to increase export potential.
The governor emphasized the need to further refine the projects and develop concrete proposals.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the parties agreed to continue cooperation in jointly implementing investment projects.
