A master plan for the development of the tourism sector is being developed in the Sokh district

The regional governor, Khayrullo Bozorov, reviewed the draft master plan, which предусматривает a fundamental modernization of tourism infrastructure in the area.
It is planned to construct new tourism facilities, hotels, recreation areas, and various other sites along the Sokh River and in the surrounding areas. Favorable conditions will be created for tourists to enjoy comfortable and engaging отдых. Based on the district’s recreational potential, new tourist routes will be developed.
The regional leader gave relevant instructions to further improve the master plan, taking into account the district’s unique geographical features. It was also emphasized that promising areas such as health and wellness tourism, as well as pilgrimage tourism, should be included.
