Procedure for Employment and Provided Conditions

Recruitment into the system of the Committee for the Development of Veterinary and Livestock Farming is carried out in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On the State Civil Service,” the Labor Code, and Presidential Decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PF–5843 dated October 3, 2019, “On Measures for Fundamental Improvement of Personnel Policy and the System of the State Civil Service in the Republic of Uzbekistan.”

Citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan who possess professional, business, personal, and ethical qualities, appropriate educational levels, and the legal right to hold positions in the state civil service (not restricted by law), and who meet the qualification requirements for the relevant positions, regardless of age, nationality, gender, social background, or property and official status, are admitted to the Committee system through an open and independent competition.
Vacant positions in the Committee system:
Chief Specialist of the Department of Pasture Farm Development – Qualification Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in agriculture;

Higher education in ICT;
-
Experience working in state bodies and organizations; experience in digitalization of pastures;
-
Skills in preparing orthophotoplans, creating electronic maps of pastures, clarifying the condition, area, and boundaries of pastures;
-
Knowledge of lease of pastures and monitoring contractual relations;
-
Development of methodological recommendations on drought- and heat-resistant fodder crops;
-
Knowledge of regulatory and legal documents;
-
Well-developed written and oral communication skills, ability to work with official data;
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ArcGIS, QGIS, AutoCAD, Google Earth Pro, Outlook, Gmail, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and internet usage;

Knowledge of Russian and English is an advantage.
Chief Specialist of the WTO Affairs Department – Qualification Requirements:

Higher education in international relations, veterinary, or economics;
-
Experience working in state bodies and organizations;
-
Ability to liaise with foreign states and international organizations, prepare and conduct international negotiations;

Knowledge and practical skills in organizing investment projects;
-
At least 3 years of relevant work experience;

Fluency in English and other foreign languages;
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and internet usage is an advantage.
