"A Day in the Life of a Scientist, Inspired by the Bee, Who Doesn’t Rest Even During Vacation"

Ruqiya Mamarakhimovna Uraqova, PhD candidate and junior research associate of the Laboratory of Poultry, Rabbit, Fish and Bee Diseases at the Veterinary Research Institute, participated in the scientific and practical seminar on “Environmental Protection and the Role of Establishing Green Spaces in the Development of Beekeeping” held at the “Orzu Olim Dilmurod Asalari” beekeeping complex.
The event was held in a festive spirit with the participation of a number of scientists and representatives of beekeeping farms actively working in the field of apiculture.
As part of the seminar, a research presentation was delivered by Jaloliddin Abdullayev Omonulla ogli, a second-year doctoral student at Samarkand State Veterinary Medicine, Animal Husbandry and Biotechnology University. His study was titled “The Impact of Various Types of Beehives on the Productivity of Bees Kept in the Climatic Conditions of Samarkand.”
Our institute’s researcher and a member of the Republican Council of Women Scientists, R.M. Uraqova, actively participated in the approbation session and provided valuable feedback and suggestions to the young researcher.
At the end of the event, Ruqiya Mamarakhimovna Uraqova was awarded a Certificate of Appreciation by Orif Ilyasov, the chairman of the “Orzu Olim Dilmurod Asalari” pedigree beekeeping farm, in recognition of her significant contribution to veterinary and livestock science education and to the comprehensive development of the younger generation.
