A practical seminar was held in Tashkent region on transferring livestock entities to the breeding category, as well as on the essence of decisions and newly introduced incentives in the sector’s development.
During the event, shortcomings in the process of assigning breeding status were critically discussed. Some issues were resolved on the spot. Separate responsible personnel were assigned to ensure that the remaining livestock farms are transferred to the breeding category within the established timeframe.
In addition, monitoring was conducted at the “Ohang Xolto‘rayev Sardor” farm in Ohangaron district, where Angora goats are raised, and at the training and experimental farm of the Ohangaron branch of the Scientific Research Institute of Livestock and Poultry. There, the care and feeding processes of fine and semi-fine wool, meat-producing sheep were observed.
