ANNOUNCEMENT OF A TENDER for the construction of 161 irrigation wells in 2026

In accordance with the Resolution No. 542 (XDFU) of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated August 29, 2025, it is planned to construct 161 irrigation facilities (wells) on pastures in 2026 using funds allocated from the net profit of the Central Bank. These include: 32 in the Republic of Karakalpakstan, 31 in Bukhara region, 28 in Kashkadarya region, and 70 in Navoi region.
To ensure the implementation of this resolution, develop design and cost estimate documentation, select contractors, and commence drilling works, the following is announced:
TENDER
Organizations and enterprises with sufficient material and technical resources, extensive experience, and qualified specialists are invited to participate in the tender for the development of design and estimate documentation and the timely and high-quality drilling of wells.
The selection of contractors will be based on the following criteria:
- Financial statements and balance sheets for the last 3 years.
- Certificate confirming no tax arrears.
- Certificate confirming absence of Kartoteka-2 in commercial banks.
- Number and technical condition of drilling equipment owned by the organization.
- Information on qualified specialists (copies of passports and diplomas).
- Copy of the permit for drilling operations.
- Information on working capital turnover for the last 3 years.
- Only organizations registered in the respective region may participate for that region.
- Submission deadline: May 7, 2026, at 12:00.
