Cooperation between Uzbekistan and Austria in the livestock sector is being developed.

✅ On April 20 of the current year, a meeting was held between F. Boboyev, Deputy Chairman of the Committee for Veterinary and Livestock Development, and H. Viezer, Director General of the Austrian Agricultural Cluster.
🤝 During the meeting, issues related to expanding mutual cooperation in the field of livestock breeding were discussed.
✅ In particular, the parties exchanged views on implementing joint projects for importing the high-yield Simmental breed for meat and dairy production, as well as its semen and embryos, and organizing their production in Uzbekistan.
✅ Agreements were also reached on improving the qualifications of industry specialists, introducing advanced foreign experience, and enhancing breeding practices.
