Committee of Veterinary and Livestock Development under the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan

⏺ In order to ensure the implementation of the Presidential resolution “On additional measures to ensure stable food supply to the population,” a working group led by Deputy Chairman of the Committee, Faxriddin Boboyev, conducted an official visit to Germany and Austria.

⏺ During the visit, meetings were held with leading companies and institutions, including Germany’s “John Deere,” the Austrian Agricultural Cluster Association, “Rinderzucht Austria,” “Genetic Austria,” and “Fleckvieh Austria.”

⏺ During the discussions, agreements were reached on the development of livestock breeding, feed production, processing of meat and dairy products, trade of animal products, and improving the qualifications of specialists.

⏺ In particular, agreements were reached with “John Deere” and “Pottinger” on introducing modern agricultural machinery, developing service infrastructure, and enhancing personnel training. A financing agreement worth 10 million euros was also signed between “O‘zagrolizing” JSC and “John Deere Financial.”
