Exports of livestock products to Pakistan will be expanded

A delegation of the Committee for the Development of Veterinary and Livestock Farming, headed by Deputy Chairman A. Akbarov, is currently on an official visit to Pakistan.
As part of the visit, a meeting was held between the representatives of the Committee and the Chairman of the Pakistan Agricultural Research Council under the Ministry of National Food Security and Research of Pakistan — the country’s Chief Veterinary Officer, M. Andrabi.
During the negotiations, the parties discussed the acceleration of export and import relations of goods subject to veterinary control, as well as the establishment of bilateral cooperation between the two countries in the fields of livestock breeding, scientific research, and education.
Following the meeting, veterinary certificates were signed for the export of honey, sausage and dairy products, table eggs, hatching eggs, and poultry meat from Uzbekistan to Pakistan.
