The implementation of the Cabinet of Ministers’ resolution “On measures to regulate the activities of specialized slaughterhouses and further improve the system for supplying meat and meat products to the consumer market” was monitored by the Committee’s Working Group.
In particular, the promotion of veterinary requirements at the local level and the introduction of the Vis-Billur system in slaughterhouses were examined.
In addition, measures to strengthen control over meat and meat products entering residential areas and farmers’ markets, as well as ensuring that products intended for consumption are sold with QR codes, were analyzed.
