The Tourism Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan

The event was attended by administration of the Pakistan Tourism Development Corporation, leading travel companies and tour operators, representatives of academic and expert communities, media, and members of the Uzbek diaspora.

During the ceremony, the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Uzbekistan to Pakistan Alisher Tukhtaev and Aftab Ur Rehman Rana, Executive Director of the Pakistan Tourism Development Corporation solemnly presented the certificate of the Ambassador of the Tourism Brand of Uzbekistan to Sheikh Muhammad Naqeeb ur Rehman Chaudhry Hamid Mahmood, leader of the Naqshbandi Order in Pakistan.

Sheikh Muhammad Naqeeb ur Rehman expressed deep gratitude for the honor of receiving this title, stating:

- “My priorities for the near future include the development of pilgrimage and cultural tourism, the organization of business and academic tours, the strengthening of scientific cooperation, and the implementation of new joint projects with reputable tourism organizations of both countries, -said the Ambassador of Uzbekistan’s Tourism Brand. - I will mobilize all my efforts to sincerely and responsibly fulfill my mission as Ambassador of Uzbekistan’s Tourism Brand, to bring the two nations closer through tourism, and to serve as a bridge strengthening the bonds of friendship”.
