Uzbekistan's largest hospitality industry exhibition kicks off in Tashkent

This international specialized exhibition brings together representatives of the hotel and restaurant business, equipment suppliers, technology providers, designers, architects, investors, and experts from various countries. The event serves as a key platform for discussing major trends in the HoReCa sector, including digitalization, sustainability, the future of service, restaurant franchising, and gastronomic tourism.
Following the opening ceremony, officials and guests toured the exhibition stands of “HoReCa Expo Uzbekistan 2025”.
The exhibition gathered over 100 companies showcasing the latest achievements in the hospitality and restaurant industries. Participants had the opportunity to explore products and technologies designed to enhance service quality in the HoReCa sector, including equipment, IT solutions, and innovative culinary products.
The event also features an international conference titled “Investing in Service and Comfort: Business Solutions for HoReCa”, where discussions focus on the future of hotel architecture and design with an emphasis on sustainability and technology, digital solutions for guest comfort, investment in service excellence, and the role of technology in the development of the HoReCa industry. Special attention is being paid to franchising, expansion into new markets, gastronomic tourism as a driver of regional development, and current trends in the restaurant business.
A dedicated highlight is the “Job Fair” — a special area where employers meet future professionals. Leading international hotel chains such as Hilton, Hyatt, InterContinental, Accor, and JW Marriott, along with top universities in Uzbekistan, are offering young talents the opportunity to launch their careers in the hospitality and restaurant sectors.
One of the key events of the exhibition will be the International Gastronomic Forum “Gastro Forum 2025”, scheduled for October 22. The forum will bring together restaurateurs, chefs, food producers, gastronomic experts, and tourism industry representatives to discuss the role of gastronomy as a powerful tool for promoting regions and the country as a whole. For the first time in Uzbekistan, a French Michelin two-star chef will present his philosophy and share insights into achieving global standards in cuisine and service.
“HoReCa Expo Uzbekistan 2025” offers a unique opportunity for experience exchange, establishing business connections, presenting new solutions, and exploring best practices. Participants will be introduced to the latest developments in restaurant and hotel equipment, automation technologies, spatial design, and will discuss the prospects for the development of gastronomic tourism and the export potential of Uzbek cuisine.

The event is organized by the Tourism Committee under the Ministry of Ecology, Environmental Protection, and Climate Change of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Hoteliers Association of Uzbekistan.
