The 3rd international festival "Echo of the Desert" to be held in Ellikkala

On October 4–5, the 3rd international festival "Echo of the Desert" will take place in the Ellikkala district at the initiative of the Tourism Committee and the Tashkent State University of Economics, in cooperation with the Tourism Department of the Republic of Karakalpakstan and a number of ministries and agencies.
The main goal of the festival is to widely promote the historical, cultural, pilgrimage, and ecological tourism of the Ellikkala district, as well as local artisans and tourist attractions of the region.
During the two-day event, international workshops by university faculty will be held, along with fine arts competitions at the historical site of Topraq-Kala, a national cuisine contest, and a concert on the shore of Lake Akchakul.
