The International gastronomic festival “National dishes of the khans of Khorezm” took place

More than 20 renowned chefs from various regions of the country participated in the festival, preparing over 50 dishes from national, European, and Asian cuisines. At the conclusion of the festival, all presented dishes were evaluated by experts from the Uzbekistan Chefs Association and awarded in various categories.
As part of the festival, the platform Eaten.uz was also prominently featured, playing an important role in the development of gastronomic tourism and the digital promotion of Uzbek cuisine. Through this platform, event guests and online users were able to access detailed information about dishes, chefs, and regional culinary traditions.
