National dishes festival «Sina» to be held in Denov

On September 26, 2025, a festival of national dishes will take place in the tourist village of «Sina», located in the Denov district of the Surkhandarya region.
As part of the festival, pavilions representing the cities and districts of the Surkhandarya region will be set up and decorated in a national style. Each region will showcase traditional treats, demonstrate how they are prepared, and share customs and traditions related to national cuisine.
The event will also feature performances by folklore and ethnographic ensembles, national music groups, and young artists, as well as competitions in traditional folk games.
At the end of the festival, winners will be announced in the following categories: «Best Dish», «Best Chef», and «Chef who prepared the most national dishes». The winners will receive diplomas, statuettes, and commemorative gifts.
