As part of the project, the complex will occupy 6.7 hectares, with 5 hectares allocated directly for construction. A total of 29 eco-style “Shalle” cottages are being built, of which 19 have already been fully completed and equipped. The complex is designed to accommodate over 150 guests at a time.
The cottages are built in an environmentally friendly “Shalle” style, offering a high level of comfort, interiors finished with natural wooden materials, fresh mountain air, and all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay in nature. Each cottage is connected to a full water supply and sewage system, features a fully enclosed roof, and is outfitted with modern furniture and appliances.
“Suffa Shalle” is expected to become a popular destination not only for domestic tourists but also for international travelers. Nestled in a pristine natural setting, the complex promises to contribute to the growth of Uzbekistan’s tourism potential by offering a unique and eco-conscious getaway.
