Tourism potential of Samarkand region presented in Japan

With the aim of widely promoting the tourism potential of the Samarkand region and increasing the flow of tourists from Japan to the area, a presentation event dedicated to the tourism potential of the Samarkand region was held in the Japanese city of Nara.
During the event, the Samarkand Region Tourism Department presented a detailed overview of the region’s tourism potential. Representatives of reputable Japanese tourism organizations attended the event and thoroughly explored the tourism opportunities in Samarkand.
The event featured cultural programs and artistic performances from the Samarkand region, as well as exhibitions of traditional crafts. These presentations attracted significant interest from the Japanese guests.
In addition, negotiations took place between the Samarkand Region Tourism Department and leading tourism companies from Nara Prefecture. As a result of the meetings, agreements were reached to elevate bilateral cooperation to a new level in the future.
