During the meeting, they discussed opportunities to establish cooperation in attracting Uzbek citizens — particularly students studying tourism — to legal employment on international cruise ships.
Zoran Kochoski noted that during his visit to Samarkand on July 16, he visited the “Silk Road” International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage and the Samarkand Campus of International Academy of Tourism and Hospitality, and that the conditions created at these institutions meet international standards. In this regard, he expressed interest in recruiting graduates of these institutions into the cruise industry.
According to the company head, there are opportunities not only to engage students but also to train and employ other Uzbek citizens aged 21 to 45 who have English language proficiency.
During the meeting, Zoran Kochoski stated that Kouzon Corporation, within the framework of the “roadmap” approved jointly with the Migration Agency, is ready to provide practical assistance to citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the visa application process, candidate selection and training, and subsequent employment on cruise ships.
At the end of the talks, Zoran Kochoski proposed organizing a visit in August or September of this year for representatives of educational institutions training tourism personnel, as well as travel agencies, in order to familiarize them with the services provided on cruise ships in Turkey, working conditions, and personnel training requirements.
