The forum served as an important platform for strengthening partnerships, exchanging experiences, and discussing new opportunities in the tourism sector. It underscored the shared commitment of both countries to developing mutually beneficial cooperation aimed at sustainable growth in tourist flows and the promotion of cultural exchange.
The event yielded significant outcomes, including the signing of strategic agreements with Chinese tour operators to boost inbound tourism to Uzbekistan. Agreements were also reached on joint promotion of tour packages, including themed Silk Road routes.
One of the most widely supported initiatives during the forum was the launch of “Uzbekistan’s Tourism Year in China – 2025,” which is expected to serve as a powerful driver for popularizing Uzbek culture, history, and hospitality among Chinese tourists.
The organizers emphasized that such events play a key role in enhancing Uzbekistan’s image as one of the leading tourist destinations in the region—open to international cooperation and innovative promotional strategies.
