The Tourism Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan

In May 2025, about 1.1 million foreign tourists visited Uzbekistan. This figure surpassed the record of the previous month, when the number of tourists exceeded one million for the first time. Such growth is achieved thanks to reforms carried out in the tourism sector. The country is becoming more open and actively developing cooperation with other countries.

In the decrees and resolutions of the President of Uzbekistan aimed at developing tourism, such areas as attracting investment in the industry, expanding the visa-free regime and participation in international exhibitions and forums play an important role. All this makes Uzbekistan an increasingly attractive country for foreign tourists.

In the future, it is planned to continue work on further improving the tourism infrastructure, improving the quality and diversification of services, strengthening the reputation of Uzbekistan as a unique and competitive destination in the global tourism market.
